## Description

London or Manchester. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform technologies Define and uphold technical standards, ensuring best practice across development and architecture Provide hands-on technical leadership, including oversight of development and code reviews Drive full project lifecycle delivery from discovery through to deployment Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and security standards, particularly within regulated environments Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions Present solutions, proposals, and progress updates to senior stakeholders Stay at the forefront of Microsoft and AI innovation, introducing new tools and approaches to enhance delivery About You Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g. Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)
