As part of our Responsible Investment Standards Programme , you'll provide vital support to the secretariat of our two asset owner networks: the Charities Responsible Investment Network (CRIN) and the Responsible Investment Network - Universities (RINU)., * A passion for the goals of ShareAction and an interest in the financial system and its impact on people and the planet * Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, manage changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work across multiple projects at once * Demonstrable project management skills * Proven experience of organising online, hybrid and/or in-person events * A positive, proactive and enthusiastic team player, with a proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt for different formats and audiences * Proficiency with common computer software, including Microsoft Office Desirable * Experience of working with networks, coalitions or communities of practice * Experience of, or understanding of, the charity and/or university sector * Experience of, or understanding of, environmental and/or social justice campaigning * Understanding of the financial system and current debates in responsible investment * Familiarity with budgeting * Research experience, or a willingness to develop these skills * Experience of working with project management, community management and/or database management software ## Description These are vibrant, UK-based communities of finance and investment leads from charities and universities who want their investments to reflect their mission. You'll help deliver an ambitious annual programme of events, research and advocacy, making sure our members have what they need to be active, collaborative, responsible investors. Recent highlights have included workshops on climate and AI, engagement and divestment, and biodiversity, as well as supporting members to hold their asset managers to account. Your role will span two areas: designing and delivering workplan activities that engage our members, and keeping the secretariat running smoothly, including a leading role in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). A normal week could include: Network delivery and member engagement * Helping develop and shape CRIN and RINU's annual work plans * Organising and delivering online and in person events, including quarterly member meetings, workshops and webinars * Designing and delivering other workplan projects, including research, working closely with our researchers * Working alongside the Senior Engagement Manager to identify and engage prospective new members, and to onboard and engage current ones * Keeping on top of the latest responsible investment developments relevant to the charity and university sectors * Maintaining the networks' communications platform, including adding members and resources and sharing updates * Drafting our regular members' newsletter and other communications, such as blogs and op-eds * Working with our communications team on materials and the CRIN/RINU pages on our website * Attending relevant industry events to promote our networks and prospect for new members Operations and project management * Implementing and maintaining a monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) strategy for the networks * Tracking progress against our workplan to keep activities on schedule * Leading on data collection and impact reporting, including drafting our end-of-year impact report * Keeping records up to date in Cascade, our project management system, and Salesforce * Monitoring invoice payments from network members and following up as needed * Helping organise secretariat meetings and planning sessions * Identifying and helping implement new systems and processes to improve how the secretariat runs * Supporting with other administrative tasks, such as note-taking If this role sounds like it would build on your current skills and engage you, we'd love to hear from you! We know skills are transferable, and we welcome different routes to achieving our goals., This role is part-time, London-based, and includes regular in-person meetings alongside flexible working options. As it involves close collaboration with London-based stakeholders, you'll need to be able to attend the office or in-person meetings regularly.
