The Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting software applications and systems that meet business and operational requirements. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong programming fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, maintainable software solutions. Assist users with software and hardware needs as needed. · Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and programs. · Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. · Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code. · Modify and enhance existing applications to support changing business needs. · Troubleshoot software issues and identify and resolve programming errors. · Pick up Help Desk tickets and assist users with issues. · Perform application testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing. · Work with users, business stakeholders, & other technical personnel to understand requirements and resolve issues. · Integrate applications with databases, APIs, third-party systems, and other business applications as needed. · Maintain appropriate technical documentation for applications, programs, interfaces, and processes. · Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices. · Monitor application performance and assist with identifying opportunities for improvement. · Support production applications and investigate issues in a timely manner. · Participate in software upgrades, system implementations, migrations, and other technology projects. · Follow established security, data protection, version control, and change-management procedures. · Stay current with programming languages, development tools, technologies, and industry best practices. · In-office / On-site work environment.
