We promote and support a diverse workforce across all levels in the company. ## Description * We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient BI Analyst to support and maintain existing Power BI reporting solutions while assisting with ad hoc analytics and data requests across multiple business and technology teams. * This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex datasets, proactively identify solutions, and effectively translate business needs into actionable reporting insights. * Our team is a small, collaborative group focused on continuously improving how we deliver analytics and business solutions. * While current responsibilities will primarily involve supporting and enhancing existing Power BI reporting, we are actively adopting AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to accelerate development, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation. * We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and excited to leverage emerging technologies to work smarter and deliver value more efficiently.
