Hierzu gehören sowohl Hardware- als auch Softwarekomponenten, die es fachmännisch so aufeinander abzugleichen gilt, dass sie miteinander kompatibel sind. Das systematische Warten selbiger sowie die Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung zählen ebenfalls zu den abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.
