* Unterstützung bei der technischen Überwachung (End-to-End) der IT-Infrastruktur-Komponenten in Deutschland
 * Fokus auf die Bereiche Netzwerk und Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen
 * Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der Monitoring- und Reporting-Infrastrukturen
 * Identifikation und Reaktion auf Ereignisse im Monitoring sowie Aktivieren von proaktiven Maßnahmen der betroffenen IT-Infrastrukturbereiche
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierung im Bereich der Monitoring-Lösung
 * Technische Beratung bei der Implementierung von Sensoren und Checks bei der Einführung neuer Systemlandschaften
 * Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit anderen IT-Infrastrukturbereichen
 * Aufbau eines harmonisierten Reportings entsprechend der vereinbarten KPIs und SLAs mit dem Business
