* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eine Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung als Fachinformatiker/-in, IT-Systemelektroniker/-in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * ITIL-Kenntnisse und Produkt-Zertifizierungen von Vorteil (z.B. NCDA, NCSIE, NCTA und MetroCluster)
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * Storage & Backup in Deutschland
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und qualitativ hochwertigen Betriebs dieser IT-Infrastrukturen basierend auf den ITIL-Prinzipien
 * Administration der Storage & Backup-Infrastruktur, gemäß KPIs und SLAs
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Storage & Backup-Infrastruktur-Lösungen
 * Planung und Einhaltung der Kosten für den Verantwortungsbereich (inkl. stetiger Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung)
 * Technische Unterstützung bei der Root-Cause-Analyse, insbesondere bei Störungen
 * Durchführung der höchsten administrativen Tätigkeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
