Tasks

 * Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im First- und Second-Level, primär Remote
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in Windows-Umgebungen
 * Du betreust Clients, User:innen und Standardanwendungen
 * Du arbeitest bei Migrationen mit und setzt eigene kleinere IT-Projekte um
 * Du dokumentierst und verfolgst im Ticketsystem nach
 * Du unterstützt bei der Administration von Active Directory, Microsoft 365 sowie Netzwerk- und Serverumgebungen
Requirements

 * Du hast eine IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
 * Du bringst solide Erfahrung im IT-Support (First Level) mit
 * Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in gleichen oder ähnlichen Bereichen
 * Du arbeitest zuverlässig und eigenständig
 * Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden und im Team
 * Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (mindestens C1 besser C2 Deutschkenntnisse)
 * Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B (wünschenswert)
