 * Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT zur Analyse, Priorisierung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
 * Analyse von Störungen, Identifikation von Fehlerursachen und Ableitung langfristiger Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer nationaler und internationaler IT-Dienstleister einschließlich SLA-Management
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung effizienter Service-, Support- und Betriebsprozesse
