## Description

Desde Ibertech estamos buscando 3 perfiles de Operador/Técnico de Sistemas Jr. 24x7 para incorporarse a un equipo de operaciones de sistemas enfocado en soporte de infraestructura.Ubicación: Madrid (presencial)Turnos rotativos 24x7Funciones:Ejecución de tareas preventivas sobre entornos VMware, backups, Active Directory, Azure, M365, SQL Server y switches de red.Resolución de incidencias técnicas relacionadas con servidores, CPU, memoria, almacenamiento y servicios caídos.Gestión de peticiones bajo procedimientos establecidos: creación de máquinas virtuales, gestión de usuarios en AD y revisiones de storage.Parcheo y mantenimiento de servidores Windows/Linux mediante herramientas como WSUS, SCCM o BigFix.Generación de informes y soporte en plataformas cloud y backup.Requisitos:Experiencia o conocimientos en infraestructura IT.Conocimientos en alguna de las siguientes tecnologías:Windows Server / LinuxVMware o Hyper-VNetworking y switchesSQL ServerPlataformas de backup (Veeam, Commvault, Netbackup)AWS, Azure o Microsoft 365¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinido.Desarrollo profesional y crecimiento dentro del proyecto.Plan de formación técnica y de idiomas.Retribución flexible.Estabilidad y aprendizaje en entornos de infraestructura empresarial.
