We turn the chaos of invoices, costs, and margins into clear, real-time data that lets hospitality owners make better decisions and actually enjoy running their business. Thousands of restaurants already trust us.We launched theworld's first AI Agent for restaurants, and it's already reshaping how operators work day to day.We are themarket leader in Spain, and our vision is toexpand across Europeand define the future of restaurant operations. The roleWe're looking for aSocial Media Specialistwho genuinely lives on social, not someone who manages it from a calendar. You'll own haddock's presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and you'll build something rarer than reach: an actual community of hospitality people who talk to us and to each other. Our audience isn't \"SMB decision-makers\", it's chefs, owners and managers scrolling between shifts. That's where you come in.One more thing: you have to actually love this. Eating out, eating well, knowing which place just opened and which one is coasting. If you're the one your friends text when they need a restaurant, you already speak our audience's language. This is a builder's role. Real ownership, real budget, and permission to try things that might not work as long as you measure them honestly. What you'll doOwn the channels end to end: strategy, calendar, publishing and community management.Build community, not audience. Comments, DMs, creators, chefs, industry voices. The goal is people who feel part of something, not followers who scroll past.Create disruptive campaigns with a real hook, the kind that get shared, stitched, screenshotted and sent to the group chat. If it feels safe, it's probably not the idea. What's on your mind? You set the limits!Produce content yourself: concept, script, shoot, edit, publish. You're comfortable with a phone in your hand and an editing timeline open.Ride trends fast. Spot formats, sounds and conversations early and turn them around in hours, not weeks.Test relentlessly. New platforms, new formats, new angles. Kill what doesn't land, double down on what does. You know how virality is built, not just when it happens. You can structure a piece of content so it earns attention: the hook in the first two seconds, the reason someone stays, the reason someone shares. You can take apart a post that blew up and explain exactly what made it work.Report like a pro: monthly and per-campaign. What we tried, what happened, what we learned, what's next. Insight, not screenshots of dashboards.Work with OKRs. You'll set quarterly objectives with the team, own your key results, and be honest about progress in between.Bring ideas unprompted. Nobody here wants to hand you a brief every week, we want the opposite problem. What we're looking for3-5 years running social for a brand, agency or as a creator.Native or fluentSpanishand solidEnglish.A portfolio of things you actually made, and at least one that took off.Real fluency in the platforms: what performs where, and why.Editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Figma or equivalent) and a good eye for a hook.Comfortable in front of a camera, or good at finding the people who are.
