In this position, you will drive the end-to-end craft of building, developing, and deploying high-performance iOS components and services. You don't need to be an expert in every framework - we're interested in developers who have strong engineering fundamentals, can adapt to different technologies and enjoy learning new approaches to solving mobile challenges!, * Core Language & Framework Expertise: Strong programming expertise in Swift, with hands-on experience across Xcode, Git/GitHub, XCTest and XCUITest, and a proven track record of shipping high-quality, production-scale iOS applications. * Architecture & Scalability: Deep understanding of modular app architecture and proven experience implementing scalable patterns such as MVVM. * SDK Development: Experience building, maintaining and integrating clean, scalable and well-documented SDKs designed for seamless adoption across engineering teams. * Swift Concurrency & Performance: Solid grasp of multi-threading and concurrency models-including async/await, GCD, and Operations-to engineer performant, thread-safe solutions. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a focus on driving engineering reusability, inner-sourcing, and minimising technical waste across distributed teams. * Quality & Engineering Practices: Active advocate for software excellence, using practices like Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), thorough Code Reviews, CI, and robust Automated Testing. * Cross-Platform Knowledge: Direct experience or familiar exposure with cross-platform mobile frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
