* Previous experience in an IT Support or IT Infrastructure Support role.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and VLANs.
 * Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and business IT infrastructure.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service.
 * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support requests.
 * Experience using IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.
 * Google Workspace administration.
 * VMware.
 * Veeam Backup & Replication.
 * PowerShell scripting.
 * Linux administration (Ubuntu, Rocky Linux or similar).
 * Dell PowerEdge server hardware.
 * IT asset management and documentation.
 * Security best practices and backup management.

## Description

* Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the business.
 * Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support tickets, escalating where appropriate.
 * Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters.
 * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and permissions.
 * Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment and office technology.
 * Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and Google Workspace.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues including VPN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
 * Maintain IT asset registers, hardware inventory and documentation.
 * Support backups, security updates and system maintenance.
 * Help improve IT processes, documentation and day-to-day operational efficiency.
