This role partners with investigators, study teams, Digital teams, and research support offices to design, build, implement, maintain, and optimize research workflows that enable clinical research activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The analyst is responsible for supporting Epic Research functionality, translating operational and research requirements into system configuration, coordinating cross-functional solutions, and providing ongoing production support for research users. This position works closely with multiple internal stakeholders-including IRB, Research Informatics, Privacy, Contracting, Security, and Digital application teams-to ensure research workflows are integrated effectively across enterprise systems and support the evolving needs of clinical research.
