## Description

Ryder System is seeking a National Development Manager to drive logistics growth across North America. In this role, you will develop and execute national business development strategies, expand transportation and warehousing solutions, and build relationships with key enterprise customers. You will analyze market trends, design end-to-end supply chain programs, and partner with operations, engineering, and IT to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires strong sales planning, contract negotiation, and financial acumen, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, safety-first culture., * Develop and execute national business development strategies for logistics and transportation solutions

 * Identify and secure new enterprise customers and expand existing accounts
 * Design end-to-end transportation, warehousing, and fleet solutions with cross-functional teams
 * Analyze market trends, customer data, and financial performance to drive growth
 * Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations
 * Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT to ensure scalable solution delivery
 * Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and conduct executive presentations
 * Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics to forecast revenue and performance
 * Ensure adherence to Ryder's safety, compliance, and service standards
 * Support continuous improvement and share best practices across regions
