Public Service Loan Forgiveness ## Description Under the general supervision of the Desktop Support Manager, with considerable latitude for independent judgment, the Desktop Support Specialist performs highly complex technical and project-oriented work supporting enterprise desktop computing services. Information Technology Services (ITS) is recruiting for one (1) IT Project Specialist, to function as a Desktop Support Specialist who will: - Plan, coordinate and implement desktop modernization initiatives, endpoint management projects, operating system deployments, software packaging, endpoint security, and lifecycle refresh activities while ensuring reliable, secure, and standardized computing services. - Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project managers to deliver enterprise technology solutions. - Lead enterprise desktop deployment, lifecycle replacement, operating system migration, imaging, hardware standardization, and endpoint modernization projects by planning work activities, coordinating technical resources, monitoring milestones, and ensuring successful implementation. - Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
