* Betreuung der Anwender bei IT-Fragestellungen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Ausgabe von IT-Hardware und Arbeitsplätzen
 * Einrichtung und Unterstützung mobiler Endgeräte
 * Verwaltung und Pflege der IT-Assets sowie der zugehörigen Dokumentation
 * Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Mitarbeit bei Rollouts, IT-Projekten sowie der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Technische Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Veranstaltungen
