 * Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs (Support, Fehleranalyse und -behebung)
 * Mitarbeit in EWM-Projekten und Rollouts
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Funktionen im Lager- und Versandbereich
 * Ansprechpartner für Lager, Logistik und IT-Fachbereiche
 * Schulung und Support für Key User und Anwender
