## Description

* * Du arbeitest an spannenden Neuentwicklungen und treibst diese eigenständig voran
 * * Du entwickelst Anwendungen mit Hilfe moderner Spec-Driven-AI-Methoden und AI Coding Agents (z. B. AI-DLC, FIRE, Superpowers).
 * * Du entwickelst und pflegst Frameworks sowie Entwicklungsstandards im Bereich Spec-Driven AI und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
 * * Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Webanwendungen weiter (mit Schwerpunkt im Backend)
 * * Und wer so tief in den Prozeduren steckt, dem fallen auch immer wieder Optimierungen von Prozessen und Abläufen auf: Sprich es an, setzt es um und treibe Deinen Bereich innovativ voran
