## Description

Profil In der Fachrichtung Systemintegration planen und konfigurieren Fachinformatiker*innen IT-Systeme. Als Dienstleister im eigenen Haus oder beim Kunden richtest du diese Systeme entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen ein und betreibst bzw. verwaltest sie. Dazu gehört auch, dass du bei auftretenden Störungen die Fehler systematisch und unter Einsatz moderner Experten- und Diagnosesysteme eingrenzt und behebst. Du berätst interne und externe Anwender bei Auswahl und Einsatz der Geräte und löst Anwendungs- und Systemprobleme. Daneben erstellst du Systemdokumentationen und führst Schulungen für die Benutzer durch.
