 * Interesse an Microsoft 365, Entra ID und moderne Cloud-Technologien
 * Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Windows- und/oder Linux-Systemen, beispielsweise aus privaten Projekten, Praktika oder deiner Ausbildung
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. auf C1 Niveau, Englisch mind. auf B2 Niveau

## Description

Du unterstützt den IT-Systemadministrator bei folgenden Tätigkeiten:

 * Administration und Pflege der Windows- und Linux-Serverlandschaft
 * Routineaufgaben wie Benutzerverwaltung, Patch Management und Systemdokumentation
 * Technische Dokumentationen in Jira und Confluence
 * Betreuung von ERP-Systemen und administrativen Aufgaben rund um SQL-Datenbanken
 * Betreuung der Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Firewalls und Access Points)
 * IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Überwachung der Systeme
 * 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Analyse technischee Probleme und deren Behebung - sowohl vor Ort als auch remote
 * Betreuung der MS 365 Umgebung (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint und Teams)
 * Benutzer- und Geräteverwaltung
 * Automatisierung mit PowerShell
