 * Bereitschaft zur Vor-Ort-Arbeit in Massing (Pendel- oder Umzugsbereitschaft) - das ist nicht verhandelbar, weil wir physische Lager- und Maschinensysteme betreuen., * Berührungspunkte mit Industrial IT, Logistik-Software, MES/SPS-Welten oder Lagerautomation (AutoStore-Erfahrung ist ein Riesenplus)
 * Erfahrung im Mentoring von Junior- und Werkstudent-Teams
 * Pragmatismus statt Architektur-Dogma - wir mögen funktionierenden Code mehr als perfekte Diagramme, und wir wissen, dass streng ausgelegtes Clean Code aus einer Zeile drei macht
 * Gespür für UI/UX und Datenvisualisierung (Dashboards, Charts, operative Cockpits)
