Are you a data-driven problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and isnt afraid to get their hands dirty?, ? Minimum 5 years of experience in a CRM, data, and digital marketing role
? Expert-level HubSpot knowledge - implementation and management, not just basic use
? Strong Power BI skills - you build dashboards, not just read them

Own and manage the CRM - primarily HubSpot - from implementation to optimisation? Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track pipeline, performance, and growth? Work closely with the sales team to manage and improve the lead pipeline? Generate and qualify new leads through data-driven strategies? Support digital marketing initiatives - campaigns, targeting, performance tracking? Help build and launch the Driven Properties website on Webflow? Identify inefficiencies and optimise processes across sales and marketing? Collaborate with international teams across multiple markets?
