## Description

* Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen per Telefon und Ticketsystem.
 * Du stellst sicher, dass Service-Fälle im Ticket-System vollständig dokumentiert und abgeschlossen werden.
 * Du installierst Updates und Zusatzmodule per PC-Aufschaltung.
 * Du begleitest Service-Fälle von der Anfrage bis zur Problemlösung und stehst im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kunden.
 * Du gibst themenbezogene Anwenderschulungen.
 * Du unterstützt die Entwicklungsabteilung bei Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Software.
 * Du trägst dazu bei, Wissen zu Vorgehensweisen, Produkten und Dienstleistungen im Helpdesk zu dokumentieren und auszubauen.
