 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Teams, SharePoint und OneDrive.
 * Sichere Moderation von Workshops und Trainings sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Möglichkeiten in verständliche Geschäftsszenarien zu übersetzen.
 * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Lernangebote und Community Formate.
 * Verständnis für Business Value, Erfolgsmessung, Governance und verantwortungsvolle KI Nutzung.
 * Teamfähigkeit, Freude am Wissensaustausch und sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
 * Eine oder mehrere passende Microsoft Zertifizierungen, zum Beispiel MS-900 oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben.

Als Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption Consultant (m/w/d) gestaltest du die erfolgreiche Einführung KI gestützter Zusammenarbeit bei unseren Kunden. Du verbindest Microsoft 365 Copilot mit den strategischen Zielen, konkreten Arbeitsszenarien und Bedürfnissen der Menschen in einer Organisation. Von der ersten Inspiration über die Priorisierung relevanter Anwendungsfälle bis zur nachhaltigen Verankerung im Arbeitsalltag sorgst du dafür, dass aus Technologie messbarer Nutzen entsteht.Was du bei uns machst

 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Microsoft 365 Copilot Inspiration Sessions, Envisioning Formaten und Business Value Workshops.
 * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung relevanter Anwendungsfälle gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, Führungskräften und IT.
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Adoption Strategien, Kommunikationskonzepten, Trainingsprogrammen und Supportformaten.
 * Aufbau und Begleitung von Champions Communities, Centers of Excellence, Prompt Sammlungen und kontinuierlichen Lernformaten.
 * Definition geeigneter Erfolgskennzahlen sowie Auswertung von Nutzung, Akzeptanz, Produktivität und wahrgenommenem Mehrwert.
 * Mitgestaltung neuer Copilot Services, Erstellung von Angeboten und Beratung zu verantwortungsvoller, sicherer und wertschöpfender Nutzung von KI.
