* Du bist erster Kontaktpunkt für Kunden und Mitarbeitende rund um unsere Serviceleistungen und arbeitest aktiv im Service mit.
 * Du verantwortest die Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Servicequalität sowie die proaktive Kommunikation und Eskalation bei auftretenden Problemen.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Servicekonzepten, Serviceverbesserungen und Dokumentationen.
 * Du wirkst bei Aufbau und Onboarding von neuen Servicevorhaben sowie bei der Service-Transition aktiv mit.
 * Abschließend bringst du deine Erfahrung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von IT-Service-Management Prozessen und Tools mit ein.
