## Description

* Erstellung von statischen Werbeanzeigen (Image Ads) für Social Media & Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, Native)
 * Entwicklung von Scroll-stoppenden Creatives mit klarem Fokus auf Conversion
 * Umsetzung von Creatives vor allem in Figma (Canva ist ebenfalls möglich)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy und UGC-Team
 * Iteratives Arbeiten: Creatives testen, optimieren und weiterentwickeln
 * Anpassung von Layouts, Farben, Typografie und Bildsprache an unsere Brand-Guidelines
 * Vorbereitung von Creatives für verschiedene Formate (1:1, 16:9, 9:16)
