## About the Role

* Strong ability to develop unique, outside the box ideas.
 * 7+ years of software development experience
 * Strong development experience in web development experience using ASP.NET MVC, C#.
 * Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming principles
 * Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with Strong development experience in SQL Server, including debugging and understanding complex SQL code.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Proficient CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Web components knowledge is a plus.
 * Experience using and creating RESTful APIs is a plus.

Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development-you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

 * Technical Leadership & Architecture
 * Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications
 * Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices
 * Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture
 * Development & Delivery
 * Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
 * Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes)
 * Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient
 * Complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery
 * Production Support
 * Actively manage production issues and resolve in a timely manner
 * Create hotfixes and push to production
 * Data & Performance Engineering
 * Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas
 * Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues
 * Team Leadership & Mentorship
 * Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
 * Break down complex initiatives and guide execution
 * Collaboration & Execution
 * Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
 * Lead sprint planning and delivery commitments
