## Description

MTSI is seeking Senior Systems Engineer with extensive Command and Control (C2) and operational experience to support a key joint development program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in military operations and joint C2 systems. This posting is for pipeline needs to support expected future growth. Responsibilities Lead C2-focused systems engineering activities. Translate operational requirements into technical architectures, workflows, data flows, and system designs. Work closely with operators, commanders, and mission stakeholders to ensure solutions align with real-world operational needs. Support integration of C2 capabilities across joint development efforts. Develop operational CONOPS, mission threads, and system-level assessments for joint kill chain and fires coordination. Provide expertise in cross-domain operational planning, interoperability, and multi-agency mission execution.
