We are seeking experienced Data Center Field Engineers who enjoy hands-on hardware work, troubleshooting complex server issues, and traveling to customer sites to keep critical infrastructure operational., * Provide hands-on break/fix support for Dell PowerEdge servers and related infrastructure. * Diagnose hardware failures and perform component replacements including memory, drives, power supplies, fans, NICs, and other server components. * Execute server health checks, firmware updates, and post-repair validation. * Support rack installation, server deployment, and hardware refresh projects. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize uptime. * Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate replacement hardware logistics., * Perform rack and stack activities for servers, networking equipment, and supporting infrastructure. * Install, route, label, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling. * Ensure all work is completed according to safety, quality, and documentation standards. * Conduct environmental and operational audits to verify data center readiness.
