This role is approximately 60% architecture focused and will be responsible for developing scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The Network Architect will serve as a technical leader, helping define network standards, mentoring junior engineers, representing projects at architecture and governance committees, and driving network transformation initiatives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Design and architect enterprise network solutions focused on performance, security, scalability, and resiliency - Lead network modernization and cloud networking initiatives across platforms such as Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments - Develop and maintain network architecture standards and best practices - Serve as a key member of architecture review and governance committees - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of six network engineers - Design secure connectivity solutions, including VPN and point-to-point network security architectures - Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into network solutions - Drive network automation and orchestration initiatives to improve operational efficiency - Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) efforts - Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance during major incidents and escalations - Partner with project teams to ensure successful delivery of network-related initiatives We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
