Preferred Experience: * Prior demolition, construction, or labor experience. * Familiarity with power tools and demolition equipment. * Understanding of basic jobsite safety and hazard recognition. * Experience working around heavy equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements: * Regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs. * Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and working at elevations. * Ability to work in tight spaces and around active equipment., * High School Diploma or GED. * Working knowledge of computer programs such as MS Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and adapt to the software used by the company. * Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. * Construction experience. ## Description As a Wrecking Crew Team Member, you will play a critical, hands-on role in executing demolition projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. This position is responsible for performing physical demolition tasks, operating tools and equipment, maintaining jobsite safety and cleanliness, and working as part of a coordinated crew under the direction of the Demolition Foreman. Wrecking Crew Team Members are expected to take pride in their work, follow established safety standards, and contribute to a jobsite culture that values accountability, teamwork, and precision.
