## Description

The Desktop and Mobility Support professional will provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware/software. The role includes troubleshooting user issues, device deployment, configuration, and maintaining a smooth end-user computing experience.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
 * Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
 * Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and replacements.
 * Support device provisioning, imaging, deployment, and asset management.
 * Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, printers, and connectivity.
 * Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
 * Support remote users through remote access and troubleshooting tools.
 * Maintain documentation for support processes and technical issues.
