We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.
You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworks
You will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflict
You will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions with speed
You will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile team
Agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
Very good command of the English language
