The DevOps Engineer will work closely with engineering teams to establish and maintain DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, observability, and secure deployment patterns. This individual will contribute to platform design discussions, provide technical guidance, and help ensure solutions are built with scalability, resiliency, and security in mind. In this role, you will collaborate with both in-house engineering teams and external vendor partners to integrate platform components and deliver production-ready Web3 capabilities. You will coordinate with globally distributed teams, supporting them through hands-on troubleshooting, environment improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation initiatives. In addition, you will partner with cross-functional groups, including architecture, risk, and security, to ensure platform solutions meet DTCC's compliance, reliability, and operational standards. Your contributions will directly support DTCC's mission to deliver a stable, secure, and scalable Web3 platform for production workloads.
