## About the Role

Required:

 * Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
 * Candidates may substitute 4 years of software engineering experience in place of a bachelor's degree (total 9 years of experience).
 * 5+ years of software engineering experience.
 * 2+ years of experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.
 * Proficient in Java Development
 * Understanding of unit and integration testing
 * Familiarity with PKI and REST services
 * Have the ability to evaluate user issues, create and document tests to reproduce in development environments
 * Familiar with debugging code using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) as a containerized service
 * Use of Gitlab, CI/CD, build pipelines
 * Containerize existing software capabilities using Docker

Desired:

 * Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards
 * Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox etc.)
 * Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.
 * Linux experience
 * Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
 * Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application.
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
 * Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
 * Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.

 * Work closely with team developers to design, implement, and test new features.
 * Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including expanding automated testing.
 * Offer proactive, creative solutions to address data marking and compliance challenges.
 * Help improve integration of JBlocks services by maintaining flexible, adaptable design approaches.
 * Support continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and usability.
