Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Ignition SCADA / Inductive Automation. * Experience with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and control systems. * Experience with OT cybersecurity and industrial control system security. * Experience developing SCADA standards, architectures, and engineering processes. * Experience managing technology rollouts, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. ## Description We are seeking an experienced SCADA Manager to lead our SCADA engineering team and oversee SCADA operations, project delivery, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SCADA, controls, Ignition, and operational technology (OT), along with proven experience managing engineering teams, projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
