## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 3+ years of application development experience.
 * At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
 * Experience with:

 * C#
 * .NET/.NET Core
 * Python
 * REST APIs
 * Postman
 * Git-based source control
 * CI/CD implementation
 * Secure coding practices
 * SDLC and DevSecOps methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience developing AI-enabled applications and intelligent automation solutions.
 * Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and machine learning technologies.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Knowledge of Symitar/Episys or other core banking platforms.
 * Financial services or regulated industry experience.
 * Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot CLI, MCP, and Power Platform.
 * ITIL certification.

## Description

* Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and approved LLM technologies.
 * Create secure integrations between Azure applications, Symitar core systems, and enterprise platforms through APIs and modern integration technologies.
 * Drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve efficiency, user experiences, and operational effectiveness.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical teams to transform business needs into impactful solutions.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and process improvement.
 * Ensure applications are secure, scalable, compliant, and optimized for performance in a regulated financial services environment.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Stay current on the latest Azure, AI, Copilot, and cloud development technologies.
