## Description

En Métrica, buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer con experiencia de, al menos, 3 o 4 años en GitLab y GitLab CI/CD para diseñar, implementar y optimizar procesos de integración y entrega continua.La persona será responsable de administrar la plataforma GitLab, automatizar pipelines, gestionar repositorios y colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para garantizar despliegues seguros, eficientes y confiables.Posición híbrida con 2 días a oficina en Barcelona o Madrid.ResponsabilidadesAdministrar y mantener la plataforma GitLab (SaaS o Self-Managed).Gestionar repositorios, grupos, proyectos, usuarios y permisos.Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar pipelines utilizando GitLab CI/CD.Implementar estrategias de branching y control de versiones con Git.Configurar y administrar GitLab Runners.Automatizar procesos de construcción, pruebas y despliegue.Implementar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) para la gestión de infraestructura.Integrar herramientas de calidad de código, pruebas de seguridad y escaneo de vulnerabilidades en los pipelines.Administrar entornos de desarrollo, pruebas y producción.Monitorear la disponibilidad y el rendimiento de aplicaciones e infraestructura.Documentar estándares, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de DevOps.Conocimientos técnicosGit y GitLabAdministración de GitLab.GitLab CI/CD.GitLab Runners.Gestión de repositorios Git.Merge Requests.Branch protection.Git Flow y Trunk-Based Development.Versionado y releases.Gestión de permisos y grupos.Webhooks e integración con herramientas externas.
