## About the Role

* Deep expertise in complex manufacturing processes, engineering-driven production, and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, with hands-on experience implementing SAP PP/DS in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), or complex assembly environments.
 * Experience with RISE with SAP transformation programs.
 * Experience of Working in Global template deployment projects
 * Strong and proven understanding of SAP manufacturing solutions available in S/4 HANA
 * Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
 * Experience of project execution using Agile or Agile-Hybrid methodology
 * Create technical and functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) to meet specific business needs.

## Description

* Drive solution design and discovery with business stakeholders.
 * Define scalable manufacturing and engineering process architecture aligned with SAP Best Practices and RISE with SAP standards.
 * Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify process gaps, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
 * Support migration from legacy manufacturing systems to S/4HANA.
 * Define master data governance standards for engineering and manufacturing objects.
 * Configure Embedded PP/DS (ePPDS) solution, including master data maintenance (Products, Locations, Resources, PDS) and advanced planning tools like the PP/DS Planning Board.
 * Analyze and improve production planning processes, focusing on finite scheduling, capacity leveling, and material requirement planning in S/4HANA, using DDMRP, pMRP, and MRPLive
 * Project Lifecycle Management: Lead implementation projects from blueprinting through testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, Go-Live, and hyper-care support.
 * Advise clients as a trusted advisor on best practices for supply chain management, particularly regarding production sequencing, constraint management, and manufacturing efficiencies.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

 * Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional SAP teams
 * Translate business transformation objectives into integrated solution design decisions
 * Coordinate with testing, data migration, and legacy system teams
 * Manage issue triage, impact analysis, prioritization, and closure for defects
 * Communicate risks, dependencies, design decisions, and status clearly to program leadership
 * Prepare and review functional documentation, configuration rationale, and training content
 * Support knowledge transfer and adoption of standardized S/4HANA processes
