Degree * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered. Nice to Have (But Not a Must) * Experience in banking, payments, financial services, or another regulated enterprise environment. * Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with messaging/event-driven platforms such as Kafka or similar technologies. * Knowledge of UI state-management frameworks, component libraries, accessibility standards, and front-end performance optimization. * Experience with observability and monitoring tools and supporting highly available, transaction-intensive applications. * Technical leadership, mentoring, or lead-developer experience across distributed onshore/offshore teams.
