## About the Role

* Experience supporting, using technology Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
 * Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
 * Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
 * Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
 * Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
 * Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
 * Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
 * Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
 * Excellent documentation, writing skills
 * Experience with ServiceNow desired
 * This position will be onsite/hybrid to RTC
