They also have a strong knowledge on how these tools interconnect to other platforms, how to size the connection pipes between systems and maintain the hardware or services that support them. o Demonstrated success in similar observability or NOC environments. o Strong foundational skills in monitoring, operations, network engineering, systems engineering, or observability. o Ability to quickly learn and become productive on the target platforms. o Experience with related platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Datadog, ServiceNow Event Management, SolarWinds, Prometheus, or Open Telemetry is desirable. ## Description A Grafana SME is a Principal Observability Analytics and Visualization Engineer responsible for converting monitoring, telemetry, and incident data into dashboards, KPIs, service-health views, and executive insights.
