## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years' experience in business and/or IT systems architecture and leading enterprise-level strategic projects and/or systems solutions.

## Description

Leads a team of Business Architects to translate business strategy into actionable strategic roadmaps. Provides operational expertise and consults with stakeholders in defining and executing portfolio governance for business architecture.

Essential Functions

 * Plans, organizes, and directs a team of business architects fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
 * Leads collaboration efforts between Business and IT to apply architectural principles and translate business strategies into actionable initiatives.
 * Develops the Business Architecture framework aligned with organizational goals, business processes, technology, and enterprise architecture.
 * Defines portfolio governance and supports execution of standards for business architecture.
 * Liaisons between business stakeholders and leadership to provide insights on strategic initiatives.
 * Evaluates the effectiveness of business processes and recommends improvements to enhance business operations.
 * Oversees the design and implementation of business capability models and roadmaps.
 * Establishes and tracks key metrics to measure the success of business architecture initiatives.
 * Provides regular reporting to leadership on business architecture progress.
 * Performs other duties as assigned..
