Specific required qualifications include: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field * 7+ years of experience in relevant software development. * Experience leading R&D efforts in complex system such as test & measurement or similar hardware-intensive environments. * Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary products end-to-end. * Experience working with scrum or other agile methodologies. * Experience leading cross-functional teams where influence without direct authority. * Experience working with geographically distributed development teams. * Familiarity with system architecture and hardware/software co-design. * Fluent English (written and spoken).
