## About the Role

* 1-2 years of working experience
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 * Comfort working in spreadsheets, and interest in learning SQL if you do not use it yet
 * Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and ask when something does not look right
 * Interest in payments and disputes. No chargeback experience needed, we will teach you the scheme rules
 * English proficiency required

## Description

Someone with a real eye for detail who will check what our AI agents decide on live dispute cases. Every correction you make goes back into the agents, and shows up in the accuracy we report to banks., * Review what our agents decide on real dispute cases: the classification, the evidence they selected, and the response they drafted, checking each one for accuracy, relevance, and consistency

 * Verify each case against the underlying transaction data, the cardholder's evidence, and the Mastercard and Visa rules that govern it
 * Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in the agent output, described precisely enough that an engineer can act on them
 * Build and maintain the labeled test sets our engineers measure agent accuracy against
 * Provide structured feedback and curated datasets that go back into how the agents are evaluated and improved
 * Help refine the review process itself, including which cases are worth sampling as volumes grow
 * Meet deadlines while holding a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
