## About the Role

2-5 years of technical experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
Previous experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable
Deep understanding of API integrations and hands-on experience architecting or troubleshooting integration solutions
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Product or software engineering background preferred
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
Metrics-driven mindset: ability to think beyond project completion to business outcomes

You'll own requirements, strategy, and execution across the entire integration lifecycle-from technical consulting on our White Label Program to guiding customers and internal teams through the process.
