Requirements - Must have
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
Proven experience designing processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps.
Deep understanding of CI/CD architecture.
Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with containers and Kubernetes in production environments.
Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
Experience with monitoring, logging and incident management practices.
Ability to explain complex technical and security topics in simple non-confrontational language.
Requirements - Nice to have
Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (Life Sciences, Finance, etc.).
Experience introducing or evolving DevOps/SRE practices in organizations with existing silos.
Cloud or DevOps certifications.
Experience with microservices architectures and API-based systems.
Understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Previous mentoring or informal technical leadership experience.

About the profileWe are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement robust engineering processes and platforms. This position requires a comprehensive understanding that DevOps extends beyond tooling to encompass effective collaboration among teams.The ideal candidate will be a critical link between development - infrastructure - security; architecting scalable, secure and repeatable solutions that enable rapid software delivery while maintaining high standard standards.The role operates at a system-wide level: establishing best practices, shaping the software development lifecycle (SDLC), integrating security into pipelines, developing platforms that empower teams to work efficiently and safely.
