## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.\n
 * Demonstrated skills necessary to use MBSE digital engineering modeling tools to develop, modify and assess architecture models.\n
 * Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and SysML modeling tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or Enterprise Architect.\n
 * Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and architecture frameworks such as Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)\n
 * Knowledge of digital engineering concepts including digital thread, digital twin, data integration, and lifecycle management.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.\n, * 3+ years of experience supporting digital engineering, systems engineering, software engineering, or related technical programs.\n
 * Demonstrated experience supporting or managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs.\n
 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams, open communication, and willingness towork in a pair-programming style collaborative work environment.\n
 * Experience supporting DoD, federal government, or large-scale aerospace and defense programs using Digital Engineering methodologies.\n
 * Experience with digital thread, digital twin, simulation environments, and enterprise-level data integration architectures.\n
 * Knowledge of DoD Digital Engineering Strategy, MBSE implementation frameworks, NIST cybersecurity standards, and DevSecOps best practices.\n

## Description

The Digital Engineering position is responsible for supporting the research, design, development, integration, and testing of advanced aerospace and engineering systems through the application of digital engineering tools, models, and processes. This role contributes to the development and lifecycle management of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, satellites, and related systems by integrating digital technologies to support system design, analysis, verification, and performance optimization. Responsibilities may include supporting subsystem integration activities involving power, communications, thermal control, guidance, and other critical aerospace functions while ensuring alignment with technical and program requirements.
