As a Software Support Engineer, you will collaborate with talented professionals, applying your technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real impact on the market.Please note that this position is based in Inexto Spain.
We require a hybrid working model, with regular presence at our Madrid office.Responsibilities:Manage second-level application supportCreate and monitor support requests with our ticketing toolFilter and fix issues and escalat if necessaryEnsure communication with our development teams in EuropeInvestigate logs/traces on Microsoft systemsSupport the integration of our solution in various industries and customersQualifications:3+ years in a Software or IT environmentGood SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.)Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledgeGood understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows ServerCustomer-oriented, solution-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsWillingness to travel from time to timeVery good English level (spoken and written)Can't cover everything?
